SHIPPING

This website is operated by 5mc2 S.r.l, a company specialising in streetwear clothing design, production, and sales. All of our products are shipped from our warehouses located in Via Colle delle Api 42B, Campobasso, 86100, Italy. Please allow us from 2 to 3 business days to prepare and process your order. Delivery will be made via express courier, and we have different pricing based on your location. Free shipping is available but only above a certain spend amount. If, for any reason, you are unable to receive your delivery, the courier will retrieve the package and reschedule a new delivery. SHIPPING TIMES

Times might be subject to variations depending on order volumes and external factors.

• Express in Italy: 24 - 48 hours

• International Express Courier: 2-7 business days

All orders come with a tracking code, which you will receive by email as soon as the parcel has been shipped. Shipping times can be subject to variations due to couriers’ schedules.

RETURNS

We accept returns only within 14 days after receiving the item and only if the following criteria are met:

• Faulty item: Must be unwashed, unused, in original packaging with labels attached.

• Wrong size: Before purchasing, we recommend checking the sizing or asking for advice on which size might fit you best. If the size does not fit and you wish to return it, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• We also accept exchanges in case of the wrong size if the item(s) are still in stock. Products must be unwashed and unused. Exclusions apply.
